 Please use this form to request prescription refills
 

• A current exam (within the last year) is required to process prescription refills.

• If your pet's prescription requires updated bloodwork or a more recent exam, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.

• Please allow up to 3 business days for your prescription to be filled.

• Antibiotics and anti-fungal medications require an examination before refills can be approved.

• Refill requests cannot be processed on Saturdays or Sundays.
